The bidding DID LCD screen products should be original products, and the bidder must provide proof of origin of the product or product declaration form and other supporting documents after winning the bid. Otherwise, it is deemed that the requirements of the bidding documents are not met.

(1) Equipment requirements

1. The goods (including accessories) provided by the bidder should be brand new and unused original qualified products, and ensure that the unpacking pass rate of the provided goods is 100%, and there should be no problems with the appearance and internal quality. It adopts the best materials and flow technology, and meets the quality, specifications and performance requirements stipulated in the contract in all aspects. The contract equipment has been installed on time and correctly, operated and maintained in a reasonable manner, and operated well during the life of the equipment. During the specified warranty period, the bid-winning supplier shall be responsible for defects or failures in design, workmanship or materials. Before acceptance, the storage and safety of the goods are the responsibility of the bid-winning supplier.

2. The provided technical information (including software) is complete and correct, and the data and information are accurate and correct. It can ensure that the equipment is installed, debugged and accepted on time and correctly, and can meet the needs of normal operation and maintenance.

3. When the purchaser uses any part of the goods and is subject to a third party's complaint of infringement of its patent rights, trademark rights or industrial design rights, all consequences shall be borne by the bidder.

4. If the contract requirements are not met, the purchaser has the right to return the goods and demand compensation from the supplier.

(2) Installation requirements

The whole project is a turnkey project. The purchaser only provides the monitoring image source, the computer signal source that needs to be displayed, the strong power supply on site, and other related video and VGA matrix for splicing screens, distributors, control computers, and various connections. Display cables, etc. are all included. The bidder must fully consider the purchaser's display requirements, and while providing complete equipment, it must also provide standardized and up-to-standard engineering installation work for the entire large-screen display system. The necessary instruments and special tools required for the installation project shall be provided by the bidder. After the project is completed, the equipment and installation services provided by the bidding supplier can meet the display requirements of the purchaser.

The engineering installation of large-screen DID LCD splicing must meet the following terms:

1. Provide the LCD unit and related equipment in accordance with the equipment list.

2. The surface coating of the combined screen is smooth, uniform and consistent in color.

3. The overall splicing of the combined screen is neat and without distortion.

4. The entire large-screen DID LCD splicing system adopts a modular structure, with neat system wiring and clear identification.

5. Reliable mechanical methods are adopted for the fixation between the combined screen units, and there will be no looseness or displacement.

Four, after-sales service

(1) Installation and commissioning: The bid-winning supplier is responsible for sending technical personnel to the site for installation and commissioning until the acceptance is passed; the bid-winning supplier should provide the purchaser with a schedule of installation, commissioning and operation one week before the goods arrive at the site.

(2) Acceptance standards and methods: The equipment shall be inspected and accepted according to national industry standards. The product quality meets the design requirements and the installation and commissioning indicators meet the technical parameters.

(3) All inspection and acceptance must be carried out by a third-party quality inspection department with nationally recognized qualifications, and the bidder shall be responsible for the cost.

(4) Technical training: The bid-winning supplier shall be responsible for on-site training of the purchaser's personnel until the purchaser can fully operate and maintain it.

(5) Service requirements

1. Quality assurance (repair) period: The whole machine is guaranteed for three years free of charge and repaired for life.

2. Failure response time: During the warranty period, a quarterly return visit is required, and if there is a problem, the response time is 4 hours. When there is a quality problem or failure, the response time is 4 hours. Arrive at the scene and troubleshoot within hours.

3. During the warranty period, if the same failure occurs three times or cannot be repaired within 2 months, the bid-winning supplier will unconditionally replace the product and immediately replace it with a new machine. If the machine is shut down due to a malfunction during the warranty period, the warranty period will be extended by double the downtime. After the end of the warranty period, the bid-winning supplier shall still be responsible for providing lifetime maintenance services, but can only charge for accessories.

4. Technical data requirements: Provide complete technical data, including: product acceptance criteria (including product acceptance checklist, etc.); technical instructions; instruction manuals; user manuals (in Chinese); equipment installation and commissioning data, maintenance circuit schematics and their Maintenance information; parts catalog; configuration list, itemized price and consumable price; spare parts and consumable parts list and other documents required in the contract.

5. Special tools (if required): The bid-winning supplier shall provide a set of special tools and a list of special tools required for maintenance.

6. Spare parts: The bid-winning supplier shall provide the main spare parts of the equipment and its list (including price list) within one year after the quality guarantee period. If consumables and materials are involved, their market quotation and supply price shall be provided.
